DMCA Policy

Value-Added Living LLC is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for handling copyright infringement claims and our actions in response to such claims.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on Value-Added Living LLC’s platform or website, please submit your request here, by selecting “DMCA Notice” in the drop-down box, providing the following information, and then clicking  “Send”:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Removal of Infringing Material

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously review and investigate the claim. If we determine that the content in question is infringing, we will take appropriate actions, which may include:

• Removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
• Notifying the user responsible for the allegedly infringing content.
• Notifying you that the infringing material has been removed.
