How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a refund/return, please submit your request here, select “Refund / Return” in the dropdown box, and provide us with your order number, the item(s) you want to return or replace, the qualified reason(s) for the request (shipping damage, manufacturing defect, etc.), and the email address associated with the account you used to make the purchase.
